Jeanny Tsoi, Esq.
Ms. Tsoi is an award-winning immigration attorney—recipient of the Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Avvo Clients' Choice awards. She is also the founder of JT Esq., A Professional Law Corporation, and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
In 2008, Ms. Tsoi graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor's degree. In 2012, she earned her Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from Southwestern Law School. Today, Ms. Tsoi is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Tsoi focuses on business and family immigration matters. Her mission is to reunite families, help individuals obtain U.S. citizenship, and assist foreign corporations/entrepreneurs with international expansion.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Immigration Appellate Litigation
Anthony Joseph Martinez, Esq.
While pursuing a career in the public sector, Mr. Martinez found his entry into the field of immigration law when he was asked to work on I-601/I-601A waivers (in short, these waivers are legal mechanisms that allow certain individuals to request forgiveness for specific grounds of inadmissibility, in turn, enabling them to receive a green card). From there, more opportunities came his way to represent clients in other facets of immigration law, including filing lawsuits against U.S. agencies in Federal Court, filing writs of mandamus (pushing USCIS to adjudicate our clients’ case ASAP), presenting legal arguments before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA is the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying immigration laws), demonstrating our clients are “extraordinary” in their field of endeavor; therefore, should obtain a green card based on their own merits, etc.
In particular, Mr. Martinez is passionate about advocating on behalf of businesses and professionals, helping them explore legal pathways to enter the United States to further promote their products and services. He also enjoys the practice of appellate litigation and the chance to argue the interpretation and application of the law.
Hobbies: dirt bike riding, talking (and listening) to his wife, playing with his kids, camping, reading, going to the beach, going to the gym …
